1. Data controller

"Élysée Privé", reachable at reservation@elysee-prive.fr, is responsible for processing the data you share through this site (full operator identity on the Legal notice page).

2. What data, and why

When you submit a booking request, we collect: your route, requested date and time, number of passengers and bags, along with your first name, last name, phone number, optional email, and optional flight or train number. This information is used solely to organise your ride and get back in touch with you (WhatsApp, email, phone).

No automatic collection

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking tools. No client account is created.

3. Who receives the data

Your data is accessible only to the driver, strictly for organising your ride. Some information (route, contact details) may be transmitted via WhatsApp (Meta) and, where applicable, an email delivery provider, to confirm your booking.

4. Retention period

Bookings and related exchanges are kept for as long as needed to process them, then archived in line with applicable accounting and legal obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at reservation@elysee-prive.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

6. Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Booking data is stored in an access-restricted database, protected by authentication dedicated to the driver.
